NHC Springfield in Springfield, TN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. Provide OT services in a skilled nursing setting to support functional independence and safer daily living.

You will address cognition, motor skills, vision and daily tasks, use evidence-based interventions and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. TN license required; SNF and Medicare experience a plus.

• Tennessee OT license is required.
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented.
• SNF and Medicare experience a plus.
