Job summary

Ovation Rehabilitation Services, LLC in Port St. Lucie, FL is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists (OTR) to join our flexible–schedule team. This position offers days with seven treatment slots available to pick up, and the chance to work across our warm, patient–centered environment.

Active state license as an Occupational Therapist is required. We provide premium hourly wages, a supportive culture, and recognition programs as you contribute to resident care and team success.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services on a PRN basis to residents.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to plan patient care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in chart notes.
