Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Oklahoma City South is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will contribute to comprehensive rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic injuries.

The role requires strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with therapists, nurses, and families while providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• OT license to practice in Oklahoma
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• BLS certification required or available upon hire
• Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
• Master's or Doctorate in OT preferred

Our rehabilitation programs at our Oklahoma City South Hospital provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering fromstroke,brain injury,neurological conditions,trauma,spinal cord injury, amputation, andorthopedic injury.

How you'll contribute:

An Occupational Therapist who excels in this role:

• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills

What we're looking for

Applicants should hold a current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma and have a bachelor's degree.

Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required (Available Upon Hire)
• Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required
• Master's or Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree preferred
