Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Chandler, Arizona. The OT will evaluate patients and create treatment plans to enhance their daily activities and improve functional independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.

• Experience in inpatient rehab preferred.

Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and developing treatment plans that promote the ability to perform daily activities and improve functional independence.

• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills required.
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems preferred.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
