Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) based in Ashland, OH to join our patient-centered team. You will assess daily living activities, create individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve independence and quality of life.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes, educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, and ensure compassionate, evidence-based care in home health and facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ abilities to perform daily activities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life.
• Provide interventions that address functional limitations, including adaptive techniques, strengthening, and cognitive strategies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on how to use adaptive equipment and modify environments to enhance daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic patient care and maximize outcomes.
