Job summary

Arvin Post Acute in Arvin, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver hands-on OT care, supervise COTAs and aides, and contribute to discharge planning with equipment recommendations.

Current CA OT license and CPR certification are required; SNF/rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current CA OT license.
• CPR certification.
