Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Bangor, ME seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. A $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus is offered.

The ideal candidate holds a current OT license or is license eligible in Maine, collaborates with rehab and nursing staff, and demonstrates strong documentation skills using Outlook, Word, and Excel. Flexible hours and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in ME or eligible to practice in ME.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab setting preferred.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using approved systems.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization in all tasks.
• Be flexible with hours and workload to meet resident needs.
