Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a freestanding Rehabilitation Hospital in Midland, TX. You will conduct 60–90 minute therapy sessions and see 6–7 patients daily within a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60–90 minute therapy sessions, seeing 6–7 patients daily.
• Collaborate with a team of PTs, OTs, SLPs and support staff in a freestanding rehab hospital.
• Participate in mentorship programs and ongoing professional development.
• Utilize MedBridge for patient education and ongoing care planning.

• Recently completed 20-bed expansion featuring all-new, state-of-the‑art equipment

About the Position

• Freestanding Rehabilitation Hospital
• Join a team of 12 other PTs, 8 OTs & 5 SLPs + Support staff
• 60 - 90 minute treatment sessions: see 6-7 patients per day
