Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the largest inpatient rehab system in the country, working with a large interdisciplinary team of therapists. Patients have an average stay of about 22 days with a 90% home discharge rate, and we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a rewarding setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to a neuro-focused inpatient rehab population.
• Collaborate with a large interdisciplinary team of therapists to plan and implement care.
• Deliver high quality patient care with attention to discharge planning and home readiness.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered therapy environment.

• Neuro-focused population - Certified Brain Injury Center and Certified Stroke Center
• See 6 patients per day on average with a 75% productivity standard
• Tuition Reimbursement - Up to $3,000/yr

Come work at the largest inpatient rehab system in the country on a large interdisciplinary team of 5+ Physical Therapists, 5+ Physical Therapy Assistants, 5+ Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech-Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return-to-home rate.
