Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in North Platte, NE. The role focuses on planning and directing OT services to ensure high-quality resident care.

The position offers full-time hours or PRN with flexible scheduling and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Active state OT licensure and ongoing professional development are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine the best intervention or treatment for each patient.
• Evaluate residents to inform and develop treatment plans; establish short- and long-term goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules in cooperation with other team members.
• Conduct therapy according to treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of occupational therapy services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Oversee COTA as needed and ensure documentation and treatments align with reimbursement practices.

Job Position:

Occupational Therapist for an In-house Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Type:

Full Time (10K Sign-On Bonus!) or PRN Flexible Scheduling!

Job Purpose:

To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be directed by Administrator, to ensure that highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

Job Functions:
