Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an Occupational Therapist to support patients at home in Lenexa, Kansas. You will promote daily living skills and motor function, helping patients regain independence in home settings.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved OT program and state licensure; one year of experience is preferred, with Medicare home health experience valued. This role is patient-centered and requires compassionate, collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which you currently practice.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional VP/Regional Director approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our Occupational Therapists help patients who have debilitating conditions improve the functions of performing everyday tasks in the home. They use treatments to develop daily living skills and basic motor functions, and to compensate for any loss of function.

Responsibilities
