Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role serving Panorama City and surrounding communities. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy with state licensure, at least two years of independent practice, and the ability to travel to multiple locations. Home health experience preferred, with a compassionate approach to aging in place.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
• Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with a license or certificate within the state providing services
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
