Tanner Health in Carrollton, GA is seeking a staff occupational therapist to evaluate and treat impairments in daily living skills after disability, illness, or injury. You will assess adults 18–75 and geriatrics 75+ to restore independence and safety in daily tasks.

Requires a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, GA state licensure, and a basic CPR certification. One year of related experience is preferred, with knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Licenses and Certifications

• OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
• HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (CPR)

Supervision

• Has limited supervision. May serve as supervisor to staff occupational therapy assistants and/or therapy aides if assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure by the Georgia State Board of Examiners of Occupational Therapy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of occupational therapy treatment procedures.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
