Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for the San Ramon Office to deliver high-quality home health care. The role is full-time and requires expertise in rehabilitation techniques for complex neurologic injuries and prior home health or rehab setting experience.

You will provide patient-centered therapy with a Monday–Friday schedule, aligning with patient needs and company standards. A Master's in OT and state licensure are required, and you must hold a valid driver's

Be the Best Home Health Occupational Therapist You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
• Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with license or certificate within the state providing services
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
