Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation departments located in Nantucket, MA. The salaried position requires 40 hours per week with a flexible 2‑ or 3‑day in‑facility commitment, allowing for 4‑5 days off each week. Commute time, fees, and parking between Hyannis and Nantucket are fully reimbursed.

Compensation

Good Faith Rate Range: $45.00 - $53.00.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment
• Possess a current Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
• Must have 1 year SNF experience
