Job summary

Shady Acres Health & Rehabilitation in Newton, Texas is seeking a full-time, part-time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join its in-house therapy team. You will collaborate with other therapists to provide high-quality OT services and help patients regain independence.

The role offers an opportunity to design and implement patient-centered treatment plans across a wide range of conditions within a long-term care and post-acute rehab setting. A Texas license is required.

Qualifications

• Texas license required.
• Full-time, part-time or PRN Occupational Therapist position.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute rehab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents.
• Collaborate with the in-house therapy team to ensure coordinated care.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.

Shady Acres Health & Rehabilitationis currently seeking a full time, part time or prn Occupational Therapist to join its in-house therapy team. We seek a therapist who is innovative, positive, and team oriented. Part of Gemini Healthcare, Shady Acres is a long-term care and post-acute rehab facility located in Newton, Texas. We have an in-house team of therapists to work with, an amazing rehab director and opportunity to see a wide range of conditions. We offer opportunity for you to create and implement speech therapy programs that will best fit the needs of your patients.
