Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will deliver high-quality OT services to residents in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting and help develop programs across functional mobility, cognition, and fall prevention.

Qualifications

• Current Texas OT License required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients and residents.
• Develop programs in functional mobility, sensory integration, cognition, and fall prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient goals.
• Support return-to-home plans and ongoing rehabilitation progress.
