Vital Therapy - Cibolo Creek seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a Texas skilled nursing and post-acute facility.

You will treat a diverse caseload, focusing on cognition, ADLs, functional maintenance, and neuro rehab, with opportunities to develop outpatient programs and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Full-time OT role in an in-house therapy team.
• Preferred experience in geriatrics and post-acute care.

Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OT who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADL's and creative fun groups. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program. PRN schedules also available! PRN schedules also available!
