Job summary

Soliant Health is partnering with a supportive school district near Royalton, Vermont to hire a dedicated Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year. The role is onsite with both full-time and part-time opportunities, serving K–12 students and collaborating with educators and families.

Guarantied hours, weekly pay between $45-$55 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and professional liability

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Active Vermont OT license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct occupational therapy services and monitor student progress.
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective classroom strategies and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning.

Position Overview
