Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve pediatric clients in the Early Intervention program, delivering services in home or center settings in White Plains, NY. You will conduct evaluations, implement IFSP-driven interventions, and monitor child progress.

Collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals is essential. You will also prepare documentation and progress notes to support ongoing therapy plans and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Occupational Therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Must hold a valid and unencumbered Occupational Therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in the Early Intervention program in various settings, including home or center.
• Perform evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver Occupational Therapy services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support each child’s goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Posted Salary Range

USD $54.00 - USD $90.00 /Hr.
