Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist for a PRN on-site opportunity in Winder, GA.

You will evaluate and treat residents, lead outreach through community partnerships, and provide wellness education through consultations and program delivery. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, plus a robust benefits package including retirement, health and life coverage, PTO, licensure reimbursement, and CEUs to support professional

Position requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to start
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

Pay Range

USD $45.00 - USD $51.00 /Hr.
