- An experienced OT enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens – at home, school, work, or in the community.

Responsibilities
What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but are not limited to:
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings, and family conferences.
- Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources.
- Communicate patients' needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, client, and family members.
- Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care, and enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of one year’s work experience as an OT.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds; moving, lifting, or transferring patients may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
- Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
- Physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and frequent positioning.
- Health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter to verify physical capability.

Salary Range
USD 60.00 – 65.00 per hour.
