Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time school-based role in Tallahassee, FL.

The OT will conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with diverse needs, assess motor and sensory skills, and collaborate with teachers and families to implement recommendations. The position requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and active state licensure, with experience in evaluations and report writing preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience conducting evaluations and writing reports (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students with a range of physical, sensory, and developmental needs.
• Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and functional abilities within the school setting.
• Interpret evaluation results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to discuss findings and support student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute evaluation data to the development of student goals and services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
