Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility team in Connecticut. The OT will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy services across various care settings.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with the rehab team to restore independence. Qualified candidates hold ACOTE-accredited OT degrees, NBCOT registration, and a valid CT OT license.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an OT curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
  • Initial registration with NBCOT.
  • Valid OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
  • Provide OT services in facility settings.
  • Collaborate with the rehab team to promote patient independence and functional outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in CT

This is a Per Diem opportunity. We are looking for a minimum of four four-hour days per month. Early start times would be 7:30. Latest would be 3pm.

Qualifications
  • They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
  • They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
Posted Salary Range

USD $57.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
