Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Director of Rehab (FT) for OT or PT to lead a skilled rehab team in SNF/long-term care settings. A licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP is required, with prior leadership experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across all disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
