Powerback Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist for Casa Real Nursing Center in Santa Fe, NM. This full-time role involves assessing patients, developing recovery plans, and delivering occupational therapy to restore function and independence.

You will work as part of a collaborative rehab team, training patients and caregivers, and supporting patient-centered care. A $20,000 bonus is offered with additional pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial registration with NBCOT.
• Valid OT license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain function.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer as needed to ensure patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• * They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.


• * They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.


• * The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $70.00 /Hr.
