The Stepping Stones Group in San Jose, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team. You will help students develop the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and independently while collaborating with educators and families.

This role emphasizes ongoing professional growth, stipends, and relocation assistance to support your success in a supportive, student-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California OT license is required.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help students develop skills for academics, social interactions, and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Deliver therapy services in accordance with school policies and state licensure.
• Support individualized education plans and monitor progress.
