Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver outpatient/in-facility OT services. You will work within a supportive rehab team to restore independence and function in patients, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with caregivers, and ongoing professional development through CEUs and internal mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must hold a valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for OT.
• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and educate patients and caregivers on activities to promote independence.
• Provide patient-centered, holistic care to restore function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
