Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered OT in facility settings. You will craft recovery plans, implement therapy, and empower patients and families to regain independence.

The role emphasizes holistic care, collaboration with the rehab team, and teaching skills to patients and caregivers for sustained recovery. This full-time position supports ongoing education and growth within a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy per ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT/NBOT).
• Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with patients and caregivers to promote ongoing independence and productivity.

Education

As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
