Job summary

West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a patient-centered, interdisciplinary team. You will assess residents, design personalized treatment plans, and deliver OT interventions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure coordinated care, you will document progress and support residents' independence and quality of life.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at West Park, you'll work with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for our residents. You'll assess and treat residents with a wide range of conditions, from injury and illness to cognitive and physical impairments. Your expertise in occupational therapy will enable you to help our residents regain independence, build confidence, and improve overall quality of life. This is a full-time position with a mix of inpatient and outpatient settings.
