Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services in Olympia, WA. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student growth and independence.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, WA OT licensure, and experience with children. Relocation assistance and ongoing professional development are available in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current WA Occupational Therapist license required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers, parents and professionals to support student growth.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in the school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and progress monitoring.
• Contribute to a nurturing, supportive school environment for students.
