Creative Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our weekend rotation team at Skilled Nursing facilities. You will develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires Indiana licensure, with PRN weekend pay rates and opportunities for CEUs. You will document patient progress and contribute to personalized treatment plans for optimal outcomes.

Qualificações

• Licensed OT in Indiana required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong communication and client-centered approach.
