Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Ohio. The role offers compensation between $75,000 and $90,000 per year, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must hold a current state license/registration to practice.
• OT degree recognized by AOTA (B.S., M.A., M.S. or Doctorate).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on physician orders.
• Document findings on standardized evaluation forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, and modalities.
• Ensure orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges are obtained.
• Deliver treatment using appropriate modalities with safety and adherence to guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S.,MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapythat the AOTA recognizes.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
• OT holds a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
