MUST BE A GRADUATE OF AN ACCREDITED PROGRAM AS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST OT, HAVE TAKEN THE NBCOT EXAM OR ELIGIBLE TO TAKE IT AND HAVE A STATE LICENSE TO PRACTICE AS ONE OR ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR ONE.
