The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Lancaster, TX. This full-/part-time role focuses on helping students develop essential academic and life skills within a collaborative educational environment.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in OT and TX licensure (ECPTOTE), with experience with children and adolescents preferred. We offer relocation assistance, development stipends, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Texas (ECPTOTE).
• Experience working with children and adolescents; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators and families to develop student goals.
• Support students to develop academic, social, and independent living skills.
• Provide accurate OT assessments and implement therapy plans within the school setting.
