Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Colorado Lakewood seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to treat patients, document treatments, and participate in rehabilitation programs. You will work within our therapy team to record progress notes and uphold facility guidelines. This role emphasizes collaboration with IDT and professional documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
