Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver comprehensive OT services in a senior care setting. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and interventions within an interdisciplinary team to support patient independence and daily living activities.

Candidate must hold a Master Degree in OT and current state licensure; CPR is preferred. Travel is minimal, with typically less than 10% required.
