Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for in-home, PRN work in the Greeley area. You will deliver pediatric OT services in home-based settings and partner with families and care teams to improve daily functioning and independence.

You will use streamlined documentation tools to minimize paperwork and maximize direct patient care, with flexible schedules and opportunities to supplement other roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice.
• Active Certification from the NBCOT.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
