Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and function.

You will teach patients and caregivers, collaborate with a team, and support our mission of patient-centered care. We offer growth opportunities, mentorship, sponsorship, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT accredited by ACOTE.
• Initial NBOT registration as an OT.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for OT.
• Deliver occupational therapy to help restore function and independence.
• Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote ongoing independence.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and refer to other care as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards

Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
