Concord Care Center is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay, full benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa OT License – or eligible to sit for board exams
• Experience preferred – but we’re willing to invest in new grads!

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
