Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in El Paso, TX is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based role. You will support students in developing fine motor, self-care, and social participation skills within IEP goals.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized therapy plans, assess progress, and adapt interventions. This position offers competitive pay, professional development, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Texas through ECPTOTE.
• Experience working with children and adolescents (school-based experience preferred).

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to implement therapy plans.
