Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehabilitation care in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on improving patients' functional abilities and quality of life.

You will develop and adjust treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care while maintaining safety, patient rights, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT).
• Current licensure and registration in the applicable state; NBCOT certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills
