Journey Healthcare is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our caring team. You will help patients regain independence and improve quality of life through personalized therapy programs within a multidisciplinary setting.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed or eligible for licensure. New graduates are welcome, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success with patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to improve daily living skills and overall health.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in patient care meetings and contribute to team discussions on best practices and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
