Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Delphi, IN seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess, plan and intervene to improve patients’ daily living abilities and functional outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team, documentation, and ongoing treatment plan adaptation. Travel is minimal and licensure with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• 0–1 years of OT experience.
• Must have and maintain a current state OT license.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans as necessary.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Education: Master Degree Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
