Job summary

All About Kids, Inc. is seeking an experienced Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to join our team.

You will conduct initial assessments, develop individualized plans, and deliver OT interventions in the child's natural environment, collaborating closely with families and a multidisciplinary team. We support a flexible schedule and a family-centered approach, enabling clinicians to help children birth to three reach their full potential while maintaining balance with personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New York State licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience delivering early intervention services to young children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and periodic reassessments to determine eligibility.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans with family input.
• Provide OT interventions in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, preschool).
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with families and professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, plans, and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices in early intervention OT.

About the Role:

As an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist (OT), you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered early intervention services to children from birth to three years old. You will conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement occupational therapy interventions in the child's natural environment. Your expertise will help children develop the skills they need to thrive, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.

Compensation

• $130 - $210 per evaluation

• $52 - $73 per hour services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and periodic reassessments to determine a child's eligibility for early intervention services
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the child's family and other team members
• Provide occupational therapy interventions in the child's natural environment, including home, daycare, or preschool settings
• Establish and maintain relationships with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to service delivery
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive treatment plans
• Stay current with best practices, research, and industry developments in early intervention occupational therapy
