Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time - Birch Manor at Autumn Lake

Sykesville, MD | $43–$50/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a therapist who enjoys helping residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and return to meaningful daily routines through individualized care plans.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and establish resident-centered treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on daily living activities, cognitive skills, upper extremity function, and adaptive techniques
• Recommend equipment and environmental modifications to improve safety and independence
• Work closely with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Monitor resident outcomes and maintain accurate documentation
