Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver OT services in facility settings across our networks. You will evaluate patient needs, design recovery plans, and provide hands-on therapy to restore function and independence.

Collaboration with physicians and the rehab team is essential to optimize outcomes. You will train patients and caregivers, promote safety and independence, and participate in care planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT curriculum.
• Initial registration with the NBCOT.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans through OT interventions.
• Deliver occupational therapy in facility settings to support independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team, patients, and caregivers to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and safety.
• Contribute to care planning and referrals to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $61.00 - USD $64.00 /Hr.
