Renewal Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in Illinois to provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care setting. The role requires an OT license and NBCOT certification as applicable, with competitive hourly compensation.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality outcomes. Strong documentation and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• OT degree from AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as OTR if required by state.
• Active OT license in state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications:
