Job summary

Community Therapy Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Antelope Valley team. You will provide cutting-edge therapy to children aged 2–18, working with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes.

We offer flexible schedules (part-time or full-time), ongoing CEU opportunities, and a child-friendly, collaborative environment. Compensation is $65–75 per hour with benefits to support growth.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• Minimum 18 months of birth-to-three experience preferred.
• Experience treating autism and developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments using standardized and informal tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical, educational, or medical necessity.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support growth and achievement of goals.
• Develop specialized expertise (feeding certification encouraged).

Pay: $65-75 per hour

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program (Masters or Doctorate preferred)
• NBCOT Certification A minimum of 18 months of experience with the birth to three populations preferred
• Proficiency in treating children with autism, developmental disabilities, or related disorders
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual Spanish a plus!
