Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for on-site, in-person support across multiple buildings in Morris and Minooka, IL. You will manage a caseload of about 45 students, travel between campuses, and participate in IEP/504 plan services.

The role starts January 2027 and ends May 2027, with approximately 35 hours per week including travel, paperwork, and IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• State Occupational Therapy License is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality OT services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments and prepare reports.
• Maintain and manage an OT caseload across multiple school buildings.

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist . Do you enjoy working with children? Would you like to improve the lives of students through exceptional occupational therapy? If so, this may be the position for you!

Position Details

• Location: Morris and Minooka, Illinois (travel between buildings)
• Setting: On-site | Full-Time, in-person support
• Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week, including consult and therapy time, travel, paperwork, and IEP meetings
• Start Date: January 2027 | End Date: May 2027
• Caseload: 45 students total (20 consult); 695 service minutes per week. The OT carries and manages the caseload.
• Buildings: Saratoga, Transition Learning Center, Minooka High School, Minooka Intermediate School, Minooka Junior High School
• Programs: ID and Autism programs
• Illinois OT licensure and experience with ID and Autism programs preferred
